GREENBURGH NATURE CENTER
Hartsdale, NY ~ February 11, 2006

     Tucked away
off busy Central Park Avenue, the Greenburgh Nature Center is an education
resource for the local community and a home to many different kinds of small,
domestic animals. Located in the second floor of a stone mansion are several
enclosures and cages for turtles, tortoises, lizards and birds. On the estate grounds
is a small farmyard and a bird enclosure for hawks. Old friends are buried in a
cemetery on the property.
